I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma triggers, low self-worth, anxious/avoidant attachment styles, infidelity, divorce, infertility, life transitioning, grief and loss. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals who are recovering from PTSD, Complex PTSD, abuse, betrayal trauma, or narcissistic relationships.
I am trained and certified in EMDR, in addition to advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration (LI), as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am highly motivated to empower you with the resources and skills you need to succeed. I am licensed in Utah (in-person or online) and Idaho (online).
