I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, using the therapeutic relationship and research based therapeutic modalities and interventions to help you reach your goals. I am pleased to offer EMDR therapy as an EMDR Trained Clinician, with EMDR trainings specific towards grief and understanding our autonomic nervous system in trauma.
