Clients are encouraged to create tangible goals for themselves to work on between sessions, which helps to create coping skills and continuity of healing/treatment outside of their sessions.
I help individuals, families, and couples to resolve issues with post-traumatic stress disorder, self-esteem, communication, feeling disconnected from others, assertiveness, adults who were adopted or had been in foster care, depression, grief, anxiety, ADHD, and issues with sexuality and identity.
