I want to sit with you and hear your story. My name is Courtney and I am committed to helping individuals, adolescents, and adults in various life stages who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, coping with grief and death, ADHD (including time management planning), and special needs. I have received additional training in working with individuals that have experienced Trauma and Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and ADHD.
My approach to therapy is primarily focused on the importance of the therapeutic relationship where integrative models blend together, tailored to meet your individual needs. I strive to support clients through a lens of empathy and attunement these two factors are integral to healthy therapy.
Sometimes it can feel like you are the only one caught in the storm and that you have to figure out how to get through it on your own. I have a passion and desire to help you the find beauty in the ashes, establish growth through encouragement and empowerment, integrate and nurture all parts of yourself, and walk with you on this journey called life.
