This whole “navigating life” thing is tough. Add being bombarded by anxiety, the effects of trauma, a crazy life transition, or those awful depressive symptoms. Now it feels impossible, right? Well, that's how I felt at least. Thankfully, I was wrong. As a teenager and young adult, therapy led me down a beautiful path of healing and happiness. It's my belief that you deserve the same. You deserve an abundant life of joy, stability, and adventure, and I’d love nothing more than to help you get there.

I'm excited to now offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an evidence-based treatment that typically produces rapid results for those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, and more.
