I am an attachment based therapist that works from a strengths base to encourage individuals to tolerate the discomfort that comes with introspection and inspire growth.
I have been trained to work with children and adolescents utilizing play therapy, theraplay, ARC and EMDR. I utilize CBT, mindfulness and solution focused therapy to embrace tolerance and change.
