I have learned a lot on my own healing journey. Therapy takes courage. I work with clients new to therapy as well as clients who have been in therapy before. You are brave for reaching out for help. No one wants to be in pain alone. I can hold space for you as you move through your healing journey. I also employ like minded compassionate caring clinicians trained in a variety somatic methods.
Current trauma research supports the importance of somatic body based methods for healing . I am trained in several somatic based methods including: Brainspotting, EMDR, Creative Arts Therapies, Psychodrama , Advanced Integrative Therapy, and Brene Brown Daring Way, and walk and talk sessions.
