My focus is client driven - meeting you where you are, and assisting you with authentic growth towards living an aligned and empowered life. I also have a passion in assisting people in making transitions in their lives that can feel unsettling - be it from a loss, becoming a new parent or empty nester, divorce, or making a big move.
I have extensive training in Grief work, Narcissistic abuse (parental, specifically maternal, and relational), the Mother Wound, Soul care, and Feminine Power. I am also certified in Therapy that Works, a practical approach that really works.
I was raised in a creative Irish Catholic family with a father who was 1/2 Jewish, and am the middle child of 5. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 33 years, so have extensive knowledge of the work of marriage, and I have raised a daughter and a son, both in their early 20's. I believe that life experience is one of our best teachers.
