In our quickly changing world, we are in need of new, creative, and fulfilling models for navigating the experiences of the mid and later years of life. This group looks at some of those models, and provides opportunities for creating new road maps that also include peer support and an enhanced sense of community.

Research has shown that when meditators come together as a group, the positive effects of each person's meditation are often deepened, as well as having a beneficial effect on the community surrounding them. Darcy Lubbers currently hosts a monthly community meditation group in Santa Monica. As it continues to grow, this group may potentially expand to become a bi-monthly meditation group.
