I focus on treating individuals experiencing the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, and addiction issues, including food addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors and pornography addiction. I specialize in helping increase a couple's connection and understanding, even after an affair, using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I have worked extensively with bariatric patients since 2012, supporting them through the pre- and post-surgery process of their weight-loss journeys. Additionally, I frequently guest speak at organizations, universities, and church-related events focusing on issues surrounding various addictions, improving relationships, and increasing self-esteem.
