I am a practicing psychotherapist in the state of New York. I received my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. I have nearly ten years working experience in mental health including the areas of psychodynamic psychotherapy, LGBTQ-related issues, and crisis intervention.
Psychotherapy is the practice of deep listening and understanding. I help my patients to listen to themselves by exploring the conflict and sources of tension they encounter trying to navigate between their internal experience and the outside world.Together we can work together to build lasting satisfaction in your life.
