My goal is to provide high quality therapy in a supportive, caring, professional and positive environment. I want my clients to overcome their anxieties, fears and negative feelings about themselves. I work towards teaching my clients coping methods that they can utilize from day to day.
I rely heavily on cognitive behavioral methods and changing one's thinking from negative to positive. I utilize various forms of play therapy with my younger aged clients.
