I am a culturally competent, trauma-informed psychotherapist who believes in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous, nonmonogamous, multi-partner relationships using a holistic approach to psychological and emotional wellness.
My clinical methods pull from many treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness treatments, trauma-informed practices, somatic treatments, and psychodynamic psychotherapy to offer the best care possible for my clients. As a former ballet dancer, model, and actress, I stress the importance of mind/body integration.
