Hi! I love to work with clients who want their authentic selves to flourish! If depression, anxiety, or trauma (including racial trauma) are holding you back from thriving, I want to work with you. I provide my clients with a safe and objective space to deeply explore themselves, heal from past wounds, and build resilience. I use an integrative approach to help you achieve your goals. I'm an attuned and compassionate psychotherapist with 13 years of experience. I'm a NYS licensed LCAT (licensed creative arts therapist), ATR-BC (registered/board certified art therapist), EMDR practitioner (trained in parts 1 & 2) for trauma, and a psychoanalyst-in-training (NYS permit holder).
