Whew, this thing called life ya'll... Let's work together and try to figure it out! I work with individuals ranging in age from 4 to 100 who are facing daily challenges related to school, work, home-life, relationships, trauma history, etc. My ideal client is one who has recognized the need for change in their life and is dedicated to working both in and out of session to reach their goals while finding the moments worth celebrating in life.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy approaches, as well and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma informed treatment modalities such as as Trust Based Relational Intervention to help my clients determine what they want and how they can best reach their goals.
My goal is to help you by focusing on self-awareness, mindfulness, healthy communication and social skills, positive coping, and behavioral modification to help you implement action plans to gain more control your life.
