For couples, Gottman's tried and proven method which has been worked on for over 40 years incorporates the most useful skills needed for a successful marriage.
If your family has some things which need to be worked out, we will go through an assessment together best to determine whether a Family Systems model or a Structural Family Therapy model will work best to bring and keep your family together. At the foundation of our work is attachment theory, where we explore the deeper aspects of the relationship.
