I became a therapist to be a professional “feelings friend” – a person whom others can approach with anything and everything in their times of need. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using systemic, attachment, trauma, and EMDR theories to meet their goals. I frequently incorporate feminist family therapy and encourage clients to view their struggles through the lens of society's current challenges and events.
I am a proud member of LGBTQIA2S+ community and enjoy working with individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and intersections. My goal is to build a therapeutic space and relationship in which clients feel able to be wholly and vulnerably themselves.
