In my work I use a strength based approach along with evidence base practices such as CBT, MI, and mindfulness.
Through my years of experience I have had the honor to work with numerous populations. I am passionate about working with young adults and adults. I am honored to help others embrace the season of life they are in while encouraging them to explore what their future holds. I am no longer taking clients under the age of 18 y/o.
