I have experience working with individuals on a variety of matters, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and body image issues. Working collaboratively with the client, I help them find satisfaction and peace in their life.
I am flexible with my therapy approach and adapt my approach based on the needs of my client so that I can effectively assist them in reaching their counseling goals. I have completed specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

A 6-week online group to help adults struggling with anxiety. Learn calming techniques and healthy coping skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety.
