The purpose of my practice is to provide a trustworthy, non-judgmental space for exploration and reflection while learning and applying new coping skills into your life. I meet each client where they are in their life and provide guidance and support during the hardest times. I work with a broad range of clients: from children, adolescents, adults, and group work. My specialties include areas of anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and depression.
I have completed foundational training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and foundational training for Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT). I specialize in working with clients with Cluster B and C personality traits with both adolescents and adults.
All clients deserve a supportive space to explore issues and find solutions. I aim to create safe relationship with clients to help achieve goals and find personal growth. I operate from evidence-based techniques to help clients gain knowledge and growth.
