Together, we will identify what you can do to improve relationships, better understand and accept your emotions and live in the present moment. You will have the opportunity to explore the areas of your life you would like to change as well as learn to use the tools to accept and commit to your longterm health and happiness.

My theoretical orientation is rooted in Attachment Theory, and the treatment modalities I use are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness. Additionally, I have years of experience in codependency and affected other work.

I look forward to supporting you in overcoming challenges, managing your moods, accepting loss or transition and making difficult decisions about how you care for yourself and those you love.
