An 8 week comprehensive treatment program designed for adults who are experiencing considerable distress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles and/or problems in coping and functioning. It offers a structured curriculum that can be an effective alternative to hospitalization or serve as an aftercare treatment following residential treatment. Our program consists primarily of small group therapy supplemented with individual therapy and family or couples therapy. We use the evidence-based DBT modality as a foundation and overlay that with a variety of treatment modalities, psychoeducation, skills, experiential exercises and recovery concepts. Our program includes the following skills modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, CBT

Looking to review or learn DBT skills? This is what we do! We pick one or two DBT skills to review each group to help with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. We meet every other week on Thursdays from 3:30-5:00PM.
