My passion in the mental health field is to work with adolescents and adults suffering from trauma, substance abuse, and other various disorders. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. In the counseling session, you can expect a warm, caring environment while learning new strategies and healing from the past. I am currently licensed in both Minnesota (LPCC) and Florida (LMHC).
Through counseling, we will explore ways to gain insight, identify new copings skills, and use evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR.
