I believe people have an inherent need to know themselves and relate to others authentically. When people struggle to be themselves, they can end up feeling depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. Therapy can help provide a newfound sense of self, wholeness, and joy in life. My work is based on viewing people in terms of their individuality and humanity, not a set of diagnostic labels and a conglomeration of symptoms. I believe that healing takes place through the creation of a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I ensure that I provide empathic feedback and responsiveness to create such a relationship.

I work well with those who are looking for a genuine sense of connection with themselves and others. My work helps foster a sense of self-awareness and acceptance. As we work together, we will delve into who you have been and who you are in this moment, with the ultimate goal of understanding how your past impacts your present difficulties.
