I am a trauma trained therapist who frequently looks through the wound lens in practicing & processing with clients. Sharing practices such as alternate nostril breathing (90’s trained yoga instructor); activating the vagal nerve; tapping/EFT; & visualization with bi-lateral stimulation is a gift I received in order to pay it forward.
