Well, it's hit the fan! No matter how you slice it, life since March 2020 has been a doozy. You're in what seems like an never ending pandemic and the future is uncertain. Maybe you're excited the world is opening back up or you feel so stuck, confused, and overwhelmed you want to pull the covers over your head and secretly wish the world would go away. You can change your life. Using a body-oriented approach helps to deepen your relationship with yourself AND everyone around you. We'll look at how you’ve "unconsciously" formed yourself and how you can work with that to, then, "consciously" form yourself. My role as your therapist is to skillfully inquire and guide you through this process.
