My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel comfortable and at ease. Building a trusting relationship is key. Within this accepting and empathic setting personal introspection and growth can take place. Whether you have been in therapy previously or are new to the journey, seeking therapy is not always easy. I understand that taking this first step can often be one of the biggest challenges. I will work with you in a partnership to identify what is currently working in your life and what may be holding you back.

Working with you as part of this mutual collaboration we will focus on the strengths you already have. We will build upon those strengths. We will also identify patterns of behavior that may not be as healthy or productive. Further self discovery can lead to a more fulfilling life.

Clients come to me with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relational issues and trauma history. Their problems can be related to current life challenges or stem from long standing issues. My approach is integrative and collaborative. I will work with you to determine which approach best suits your needs.
