Whether it is anxiety or depression, trauma or circumstances, I am here to help. It takes strength to reach out and courage to follow through. My goal is to assist you reclaim the peace of mind and balance you are looking for. I work with both men and women as well as adolescents 16 and up. I have extensive experience working with couples, individuals, youth, adults and the elderly. If you have been wanting someone to talk with I am here and am ready to listen and support.
I will meet you where you are at. I come to counseling agenda and script free on how to work with you. My goal is to help you find your own solutions. I will support you in that process. I have experience working in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, mood issues and trauma. Let’s see if we are a good therapeutic fit.
I offer a free brief telephone screening to see if we want to meet for an initial appointment. I provide in person, online and phone counseling to meet your needs. You decide if it works better to have sessions from the comfort of your home or in the office. I look forward to hearing from you.
