In therapy, one can learn how to address their thoughts, so their feelings and actions do not overwhelm them. Each plan towards resolution is individualized. For times when we can't access cognitive thinking, I focus on identifying emotions in the body and moving them out through various means.

I offer my professional training and experience to join with your expertise of your own life to create therapeutic movement.
