FCCM is a unique Mental Health Center that makes use of the expertise of a National Board Certified psychotherapist, Ernesto Felipe and a Life Coach, Lazara Felipe who are fluent in Spanish, Russian and English. We believe that people are not "broken", just stuck. By helping them tap into their God's given power to change, we guide them in overcoming these obstacles. While they access and embrace their innate resources they are freed to explore and confront their limitations and establish a balance between acceptance and growth. We have expertise working with individuals (children, adolescents & adults), couples, families, and groups.

We specialize in Panic, Trauma, Generalized, Anxiety and Phobias, We also treat anger, both individually and in group, addictions (Gambling, Substances and Sex) We use a variety of approaches, including EMDR, RRT with Hypnosis,CBT and Mindfulness. We also provide Premarital & Marriage Counseling,both with couples and in Groups.

We also provide Child Therapy for Behavioral Modification for children combined with parenting education fo families with children with oppositional tendencies. Life Coaching (Relationship Management, Academic Planning, Recovery, Spiritual Coaching).Onsite and online workshops and groups on Parenting, Marriage, and Anger Management are provided on weekly basis throughout the year.

Anger is unavoidable. We experience anger when we perceive a threat in the environment. Anger is meant to lead you to confront this threat, but your reaction may often not be appropriate for the situation you face. While anger is unavoidable, aggression is. This group focuses on helping you understand the science behind anger and identify anger reactions causing disruptive behavior. It will teach you how to notice anger triggers, anticipate, manage, and channel anger reactions, and ultimately develop a response that is commensurate and effective. Learn to turn anger into a purposeful action that gets you what you need.
