I often connect easily with folks who identify as neurodivergent, queer, expressive, eccentric, activist, artist or hospitality worker. You may have tried other forms of therapy and are seeking an alternative way to process trauma, gain a deeper understanding of self and your relationships. An openness and willingness to lean into the creative process is paramount for our work together, you don't have to be an artist to benefit. It is my hope to guide you toward a more embodied self through creative expression. My experience and training informs the way I guide you toward your own creative uncovering and self-exploration.
I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I've worked in day treatment programs, alternative schools, inpatient psychiatric hospital and private practice. My approach is trauma sensitive & somatic informed. I feel humbled to guide you toward honoring your intuition and uncover your sense of power.
Art making serves as a catalyst to connect to your mind and body on a deeper level. It is intrinsically healing and revealing. In our work together, you will discover, the artwork always finds a way to amplify your voice. Together, we'll remain open and curious about what story it may reveal.
