I strive to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere in therapy. I am approachable and flexible, and believe I provide a good balance of support and challenge. Therapy with me can address struggles or can be growth oriented. My experience working in mental health spans over 25 years in a variety of settings and with many psychological and emotional concerns. Concerns that I can address range from "problems of living," life transitions and self-improvement to psychological disorders that cause significant impairment. Anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, substance use/addictions, past trauma, identity concerns and relationship issues are areas in which I have considerable experience. I also provide couples therapy.

My clinical work is flexible and incorporates a number of approaches. At the heart of my work is a spirit of collaboration and a desire to meet individuals where they are. To me the therapy relationship is key to positive change and success. In my practice you are a priority and therapy is personalized to your specific needs and concerns.
