I see a range of clients from children through adults, with a variety of needs including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, adolescent sexual offending and trauma. I have been trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT and play therapy, among other therapeutic approaches.
I work from a strength-based approach to assist my clients in identifying resources and personal attributes that they possess to bring about desired change within themselves, their relationships, and within the family dynamic.
