Hello! My name is Gregg and I help people through some of the tough times in their lives. I believe that we adjust to new experiences using the tools we already possess and a desire to thrive in new surroundings, but sometimes this striving to survive can cause us emotional and behavioral difficulties. I provide supportive guidance through these situations using tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative, and existential therapies, from the psychodynamic approach.
I received my master's degree from La Salle University in Clinical Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is well-versed in EMDR and the TEAR model of grief issues. I have eight years of experience working with clients in a varied settings, such as family therapy, individual therapy, and grief therapy.
I have worked with individuals who come for help with a wide range of problems, including addiction, anxiety, depression, behavioral health issues, and other difficult adjustments. It is my goal to provide a comfortable and understanding atmosphere for you to reflect on your struggles and successes and guide you towards reaching your personal goals.
