We utilize a specific writing process using words that DO NOT PRODUCE SHAME. It uncovers unconscious patterns that underpin distressful self-talk. Participants get a personalized self-compassion recipe. Curiosity and acceptance are deeply interwoven. We consider each person's experience with the divine and how to use that relationship during the writing process. All are invited to let go of self-judgment and discover how to be in dignity and grace. Great handouts are included!
