I help people with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and high stress deepen their capacity to take care of themselves, slow down and listen in. I use my training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems and somatic therapy to help people process unresolved traumas, decrease anxiety, and improve their overall mood, relationship to themselves and others.
My approach is thoughtful, warm, engaged and intuitive. I am committed to highlighting your strengths, helping you become more fully conscious, and supporting you in acting out of your deepest values.
