Using a holistic view, I take the time to learn about you, your values, and your goals for treatment. This allows me to collaborate with you and create a treatment experience that will be meaningful, healing, and rewarding and to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
I specialize in providing individual and relationship therapy to people with varying sexual and gender identities. I have a focus on consensually non-monogamous and/or kink relationships. As a sex therapist, I focus on infidelity, those that are thinking about opening up their relationship, and desire discrepancy.
At Garnering Change Psychotherapy, our focus is on intimate relationships, sexual health, and the transition to and through parenthood. Garnering Change is a sex-positive, gender, sexuality, and kink-affirming practice. We have sex therapists with a variety of treatment specialties. Additionally, we have perinatal mood and anxiety specialists.
