The focus of my work is with individuals, couples, business owners and artists who want to unlock barriers and create pathways to well-being. After more than 30 years of clinical practice, one thing has become clear to me; there's always a road towards healing and each person chooses a unique and personal path. I provide support, guidance, clinical experience, information, tools and a safe , but dynamic environment while the path is being explored.
I employ a variety of styles--cognitive, insight oriented, guided imagery, energy psychology, and others--my job as a therapist is to assist adults in finding, growing and feeling confident in their capacity to heal.
