I believe that working with the whole person - body, mind, spirit- is essential for finding peace and living out your full potential after trauma. I believe that people don't need to suffer as we do and that each individual holds the key resources to healing.

I have over 25 years of clinical training and experience with adults dealing with PTSD and other trauma related disorders, while specializing in treating complex trauma and dissociation. My holistic approach incudes integration of circadian rhythm, spirituality, somatic, cognitive-behavioral and relational therapies. Chrisitan therapy for those desiring.

Daily life is often severely effected after trauma resulting in hopelessness and loss of daily functioning. I can help you navigate the healing process and discover hope for your future.
