With over 20 years of mental health experience, I have helped hundreds of people from all backgrounds learn to cope with life's challenges. Using compassionate listening skills and elements of CBT, DBT, EMDR (Internal Family Systems informed), Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and other trauma informed strategies, I am prepared to help you with: PTSD and complex attachment trauma, dissociation, anxiety, coping with stress, chronic pain & illness, anger management, and self esteem issues.
