I GOT U! Untraditional Approach that BRINGS results. Most clients face procrastination, lack of motivation, and a feeling of being stuck and not knowing what to do on a daily basis. Many do not feel "understood" and perhaps have been told they were "dumb" or "lazy." Many want to be more independent and less tethered to their loved ones. My clients want strategies, ASAP, that they can use for better organization, planning, self-advocating, communicating AND self-care. Many clients "hate school" or dislike their jobs/relationships, but don't know how to react. Often, it's "simple but not easy." Modeling good strategies is my strength.
I offer unconventional hands-on coaching and modeling on how to PLAN better, build structure, be more proactive, and have more FUN as we are getting things done! I "treat" the whole person: developing a growth mindset, instilling new habits, avoiding blindspots, making good choices that serve you well, HOLDING you accountable, and being more consistent!
