I have significant experience working with young adults and college-aged clients but also see adult and adolescent clients. Through an adaptive and collaborative approach, we'll work to address your concerns that you bring to therapy, giving space for you to reflect and improve how you think, feel, and relate. I try to incorporate practical approaches and draw from a variety of modalities, including from ACT, CBT, person-centered, and mindfulness.
