I use the most effective therapy tools: Brainspotting, IFS, and CBT. These methods help you identify the thoughts, and parts of you that are not serving you, and then process what happened to these parts of you that were hurt and created walls to protect you. By healing the protective and wounded parts of you, you will feel more connected and empowered.
