I invite you to experience a cooperative therapy relationship in which you have the freedom to be yourself, to be imperfect, to laugh, and to evolve. Do you look like you have it all together, but inside, you struggle to enjoy life? Despite your best efforts at change, do you feel stuck? People who reach out to me are high achieving and high functioning adults often with successful careers, families, and/or social lives. Despite their accomplishments, however, they struggle privately with emotional concerns including anxiety, grief, self-doubt, unresolved trauma, perfectionism, chronic pain, and relationship problems.

In therapy, we co-create a gentle space for depth and imperfection. You and me, taking on the task of moving into the root of the problems with compassion and grace. Witnessing both the struggles and triumphs as we face what is true in life. Leaving space for both grieving life’s inevitable realities while also celebrating our awakenings and transformations.
