In working with clients I strive to determine the best type of therapy for each client based on their needs and goals. I work with individuals with a variety of concerns, including parenting & teen issues, marriage & divorce issues, relationship difficulties, anxiety & depression, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, as well as coping with military related issues. I work with couples using Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques.
I will help you set personal goals and teach you the coping skills you need to face life's challenges, create deeper self-awareness, and feel a greater sense of empowerment. I accept insurance and private pay clients. I do not accept insurance for couple therapy.
