My specialty area is chronic illness and rare disease. I provide individual, group, and family therapy to address medical trauma, burnout, and the management of related clinical mental health issues. I am also an expert lecturer, published writer, and active mental health contributor for the Immune Deficiency Foundation and CSL Behring's Vita Series.
I believe that therapy should be goal oriented. With time and committment to sessions, you will see identifiable improvements in mood, coping strategies and techniques, and improved interpersonal relationships.
