I am certified in EMDR, a multi-purposeful therapy especially useful in helping people overcome the negative effects of trauma. Also helpful in the management of tough feelings and addictive behaviors, EMDR is one of the most evidence-based therapies counselors have to offer. I also use traditional and effective talk therapy.
