All human beings can experience growth, healing and success in their lives if they receive adequate support from others who genuinely care about them.
The majority of my clients are men, teenage boys and couples. The struggles my clients face are often related to loss/trauma, couple issues, men's issues, family relationships, divorce recovery and emotional isolation. In addition to individual and couples sessions, I facilitate three online men's groups (please see descriptions below).
My training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, AIR Network model for treatment of complex trauma, Play Therapy, EMDR and various individual therapy models. I am passionate about helping clients find short-term relief while working toward long-term solutions

I facilitate two Friday morning online men's therapy/support groups that meet every other week. One group has 8 members and meets from 8:00-10 am. The other group has 8 members and meets from 7:30-9:30 am. Topics include: relationships (including with self), healing from loss, trauma, family, divorce, mental health concerns, etc. I am careful to put the right mix of people together in each of my groups. These groups are ongoing; members stay in as long as it is helpful. LGBTQ friendly.
