Seasons of stress & overwhelm can feel disorienting & exhausting. Could they be affecting you more than you thought? Trauma-informed therapy provides a supportive process for undoing the harm caused by past events. Together, we can work through root causes while nurturing a process of growth to develop who you are and how you show up in the world. I offer an abuse/trauma-informed approach to help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, grief/loss, trauma, & healing from various forms of abuse, and emotional/spiritual trauma. Services include EMDR & emotionally/physiologically focused methods rooted in neurobiology research.
My services are available to anyone with any religious affiliation or none. If you are struggling with faith related experiences & unsure where to go, I offer a space to process without judgment. As a Christian, I can offer spiritual support and prayer for clients who request it. This is YOUR space and my goal is to help you experience growth and healing.
