I am an experienced therapist providing counseling in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I offer an integrated approach to therapy including cognitive behavioral and mindfulness skills, insight, and other supportive techniques. I will work with you to establish goals and achieve results. I have a special interest in helping teenagers and young adults. I have successfully worked with many individuals and families to better handle conflict, improve relationships, control moods and behaviors, and adaptively respond to life transitions and pressures.
I have also been trained in treating chronic stress and trauma in order to help people find relief from past experiences. With confidence and compassion, I will work with you and/or your child to resolve symptoms, feel better in the present, and look forward to a meaningful future.
